Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using API Forest services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

API Forest provides an API gateway service that enables integration between various applications, AI agents, and third-party tools. Our services include:

• API gateway and routing services
• Pre-built integrations with 600+ tools
• Custom integration development tools
• Authentication and security services
• Monitoring and analytics dashboards
• Developer documentation and support

User Accounts

To access certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the API Forest service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or security vulnerabilities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Data and Privacy

Your use of API Forest is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of any data you provide to our service. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it for providing our services.

Payment Terms

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment
• You are responsible for all taxes and fees

Intellectual Property

API Forest and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by API Forest, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall API Forest, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless API Forest and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
